Sane Insanity 2025 Cab Franc

Handcrafted by Ping Li, this small-batch Cabernet Franc exhibits a softer, more mellow character. Using semi-wild fermentation at cooler temperatures, in combination with reduced skin contact and gentle pressing, has yield a bright yet delicate wine. 

Picked early in the season, the grapes were sourced from a boutique vineyard on Boree Lane, Orange wine region, at an elevation of 800 meters. 

This wine expresses pleasant notes of blueberry and blackberry on the nose and palate, with silky tannins kissed by medium-toasted French oak.

No filtration. No finning.
